Homefile, Inc. (“Homefile,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Homefile platform, including our website (homefilecloud.com), mobile applications, the Homi AI assistant, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you use our Service. Home Profile Data:
Property address, home characteristics, purchase date, and other property details you provide during setup.
Documents and Files:
Home-related documents you upload, including receipts, warranties, contracts, inspection reports, insurance policies, and maintenance records.
Email-Forwarded Content:
Documents, receipts, and communications you forward to your Homefile account for automatic processing and storage.Appliance and System Information: Details about home appliances, systems, and equipment, including make, model, serial numbers, and installation dates.
Communications:
Messages you send to us, feedback, support requests, and interactions with the Homi AI assistant.

Usage Data:
How you interact with the Service, including features used, pages viewed, and actions taken.

B2B Partner Data: If you were referred by or are serviced by one of our business partners, we may receive limited information necessary to connect your account with their services.

When you upload or forward documents, our system uses optical character recognition (OCR) and artificial intelligence to extract, categorize, and organize relevant information. This may include extracting dates, amounts, product details, service provider information, and other data from your documents.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Homefile platform and its features
• Process and organize your home documents, records, and data
• Power the Homi AI assistant to deliver personalized home management recommendations
• Send maintenance reminders, recall alerts, weather-related advisories, and other relevant notifications
• Match your appliances and systems against our database for warranty tracking, recall alerts, and maintenance schedules
• Facilitate interactions between you and our B2B service partners, where applicable

B2B Service Partners:
If you connect with or are serviced by one of our business partners (e.g., home service providers, insurance companies, property managers), we may share relevant home data with them to facilitate their services to you.
